Can I Customise a Cat Toy/Cat Accessory?

Certain items in my shop can be customised, whether this is a change of colour or a small detail. View our options and descriptions for more details. But if you want something particular that isn't in my shop, I can try my best and make it just the way you want. Just contact me for any ideas on a certain cat toy or cat accessory you would want. Sending an image or explaining in detail can help me design it the way you want.

Can I Add Personalisation?

Yes. We personalise with coloured thread. Some of our items have personalisation included, if it does not, you can request free personalisation on the item, message us on what you would like, e.g. name etc, and colour of thread.

Can I Order in Bulk?

Yes. We can send you as many cat toys as you would like. We've sent around 100+ cat toys one time to a cat Subscription companies. The more toys you want, the more time we'll need to order stock and create. Please message us at least 1 month for 50-100 items and 2 months for 100+ items. All our items are handmade with no sewing machine so it can take a lot of time and effort. If your bulk order exceeds 20 cat items, we like to receive payment through a bank transfer due to fees. This is safe and can be done at checkout. If they are any questions, let us know.

Can I Send  Items in Gift Wrapping With a Gift Message?

Definitely. Tick the box for "gift" at checkout and leave a message for us. We will write it on the back of our business cards in pen attached to your package which will be wrapped in kraft paper and string.

How Long Does it Take To Make an Item?

One item can take approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours and sometimes even longer depending on the details. We put time and effort in our work to ensure the item's durability and to make it as creative and different than any other item that is unique to us.

My Package Has Arrived Damaged, What Shall I Do?

All our packages when sent are out of our control. Our packages have never arrived damaged but if they do, let us know by contacting us and send proof via image. If the package itself is damaged and the items are fine, we don't offer a replacement, if otherwise, we can send out a replacement only, no refunds and we'll also contact royal mail to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Processing Times (Additional Policy Info)

Please note that processing times vary, it takes 1-3 days to make and send an item, if it's bulk items, it can take 1-8 weeks depending on how many items. This will be discussed beforehand.

Shipping Times (Additional Policy Info)

We ship using Royal Mail.

Shipping times to the UK take 1-3  days and will be tracked. Tracking numbers will be provided. 

Shipping times to the rest of the world take 1-4 weeks but most receive within 10 days.

Please note that December is a busy time so shipping times may be delayed and sadly this is out of our control. Please order beforehand to avoid delays.

We don't control items once it leaves the UK so let us know in 4 weeks if your item hasn't arrived and we will try and help you. Alternatively you can select tracking so it will arrive faster and will guarantee arrive.
